Objective

• To create awareness about our Earth and its natural features.
• To encourage imagination and creativity through artistic expression.
• To make the learning of Social Studies interactive and enjoyable.

Activity Description

The pupils of Class 2A participated in an engaging Hand Painting and Ear Bud Painting Activity based on the theme “Our Earth”.

• Pupils used hand painting to form the outline of the Earth. Blue and green colours were used to represent water and land.
• With the help of ear buds dipped in paint, children added textures and details, symbolising greenery, forests, and the natural richness of our planet.
• Through this creative task, pupils learnt that Earth is our shared home, and it is our responsibility to look after it.

Learning Outcomes

1. Pupils understood that Earth is made up of land and water.
2. They recognised the importance of protecting and caring for the environment.
