CLASS I REGISTRATION

INFORMATION FOR ADMISSIONIN TO CLASS1 FOR THE ACADEMIC YEAR 2024

PLEASE READ IT CAREFULLY

• The registration is valid only for the year for which the student is registered; it is neither refundable nor transferable to another year.
• The School Management reserves the right of admission.
• Only those candidates who are found to be suitable as per the school criteria will be granted admission at the discretion of the school administration.
• Registration does not reserve the right of admission.
• Those whose age is completed 6Years as of 01.04.2024, will be eligible for class1 admission.
• Those who are all born between1stApril,2017and31stMarch,2018 are eligible to apply for class1 admission.

PROCEDURE TO APPLY FOR ADMISSION TO CLASS ONE

• Visit the school website www.stjosephscollege.in and click on the online application for admission to Class One from Monday 05th February, 9:00AM to Saturday 10th February 2024 by 4:00 PM.
• Fill the application form online. Please ensure that you enter a valid and active email ID and mobile number/s.
• Click the download button and take a print-out of the filled application form on A4sizepaper.Signinthe prescribed places on the form.
• Make an Online Payment for the registration fee amount of Rs.7000/-(Rs.SevenThousandOnly),details of payment are available on the application form.
• Get a print out of the filled Registration Form and affix your ward's photo.
• Submit the filled application form print out along with the photocopy of child’s birth certificate and Adhar card, self-attested by the parents at the collection counter near the school main gate from Monday, 12ththFebruary 2024 to Wednesday,14thFebruary2024 only between 9:30am to 10:30am.
• Please collect the acknowledgement slip after submitting the above documents.
• A common written assessment will be conducted on Sunday, 18thFebruary2024 in the school from 10:00 am to 11:00 am. Syllabus has been uploaded on our website for the same. Only one parent will be allowed to accompany the child.

DOCUMENTS TO BE GIVEN TO THE SCHOOL

1. Print out of the filled Registration Form, signed by the parent ,with the student's photograph affixed ,along with the details of the online registration fee payment.
2. Photocopy of child’s birth certificate and Adharcard, self-attested by the parents.

GUIDELINES FOR FILLING THE REGISTRATION FORM

• All required fields are to be completed and those which are not applicable should be filled with NA.
• The print-out of the filled Registration form should be taken on A4-sizepaper only.
• One passport sized (35mmx45mm) photograph of the student should be affixed on the printed Registration Form.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

1. Make an Online Payment for the registration fee amount of Rs.7000/-(Rs.SevenThousandOnly).
2. The form cannot be submitted without valid registration fee payment details.
