PLEASE NOTE:
- Every effort will be made to adhere to the dates outlined above. Parents are obliged to conform to schedules as prescribed in the Fixtures list. However, if changes are necessitated because of unforeseen circumstances, please bear with us.
- Parents/guardians of boarders are not permitted to visit their sons/wards during the term, nor allowed to go home except as specified in the FIXTURES. Leave is not granted for social functions, festivals and marriages. They are allowed to go home on specified holidays only.
- The principal is available in his office to meet parents/guardians between 11.00 a.m. and 12.00 noon on working days (Only by prior Appointment). He is not ordinarily available on Sundays and holidays. For academics and discipline, parents are requested to meet Class Teachers/concerned Coordinators.
- Parents and guardians are not allowed to see their children or meet teachers during school hours without the permission of the school authorities, as members of staff cannot leave class during teaching periods.
- Parents and guardians are specially requested to notify the school of any change in their address and phone/mobile numbers.
- Parents of boarders must apply for an exeat IN WRITING (no faxes) at least fifteen days in advance. Exeats will not be prepared if a written application is not received.
- No extensions of leave/holidays/ exeats will be entertained. All boys must be present in school on the days immediately preceding and following a holiday.
- No birthday celebrations by the parents. Birthdays can be celebrated only on campus with six to eight of their friends, with the prior permission of the Principal in writing.
- Cooked food articles are not permitted.
- No child should remain absent from school during working days. Kindly plan vacations and doctor’s appointments accordingly.
- All late comers will be gated for the next home leave.
- Town walks are not meant for parent visitation.
- All leave applications for sickness, out-station etc. should be directed to principal only for all classes.
