TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR ADMISSION IN CLASS-11

• The registration is valid only for the year for which the child is registered; It is neither refundable nor transferable to another year.

• School reserves the right of admission.

• Admission will depend upon the vacany in each class. Only those candidates who are found to be suitable as per the school criteria will be granted admission on the discretion of the School Administration through the Admission Committee.

• Registration does not reserve the right of admission.

• One passport sized photograph of the child should be affixed on the Registration Form. Another passport sized photography should be stapled to the form.

Requirement:

Parents will send the printout of registration form with his ward’s photo attached.

Attested copy of the following is to be enclosed with the form:

1.Report Card of previous class, Pre-Board marks the form.

2. Date of Birth Certificate Photo Copy.

3. Make a Demand Draft for Rs. 6000/-(Six Thousand Only) in favour of ST. JOSEPH’S COLLEGE, NAINITAL payable at NAINITAL for the registration charges. Write the details of DD in the section provided on the registratration form.

The Percentage in the entrance exam required for students to choose the optional subjects are given below.

Science Group:- 75 % or above marks in Science subjects.

Commerce Group:- 70% or above marks in Maths and English.

Humanity Group:- 65 % or above Marks in English.

1. The students who are opting for Mathematics should secure minimum 75 percent or above marks in the entrance exam.
