INFORMATION FOR ADMISSION INTO CLASS
1
FOR THE ACADEMIC YEAR 2023

The registration is valid only for the year for which the
student is registered; it is neither refundable nor transferable
to another year.

The School Management reserves the right of admission.

Only those candidates who are found to be suitable as per the
school criteria will be granted admission at the discretion of
the school administration.

Registration does not reserve the right of admission.

Those whose age is completed 6 Years as of 1.4.2023, will be
eligible for class 1 admission.

Those who are all born on or before 1st April 2017 (1.4.2017)
are eligible to apply for class 1 admission
PROCEDURE TO APPLY FOR ADMISSION TO CLASS ONE:
1. Visit the school website
www.stjosephscollege.in
and click on the online application for admission to Class One.
2. Fill the application form online. Please ensure that you enter a
valid and active email ID and mobile number/s. Click the download
button and take a print-out of the filled application form on A4
sized paper.
Sign in the prescribed places on the form.
3. Make a Demand Draft for Rs. 6000/- in favour of ST. JOSEPH’S
COLLEGE, NAINITAL payable at NAINITAL for the registration charges.
Write the details of the DD in the section provided on the
application form print-out. Affix your ward’s photo.
4. Submit the filled application form printout along with the Demand
Draft at the collection counter near the school main gate fromMonday, 13thth February 2023 to Wednesday, 15th
February 2023 only between 9:30 am to 10:30 am. Please collect the acknowledgement slip after submitting the
above documents.
5. Upon verification of the application form, you will be informed
by the school regarding the date and time for the interaction with
the parents and the candidate. You are requested to be present for
the interaction along with your child at the appointed time.
6.
A common written assessment will be conducted on Sunday, 19
th
February 2023
in the school from 10:00 am to 11:00 am. Only one
parent will be allowed to accompany the child.

Birth Certificate and
Aadhaar Card.

Thousand Only)

Nainital).
GUIDELINES FOR FILLING THE REGISTRATION FORM

All required fields are to be completed and those which are not
applicable should be filled with NA.

The print-out of the filled Registration form should be taken on
A4-size paper only.

One passport sized (35mm x 45mm) photograph of the student
should be affixed on the printed Registration Form.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

2. You are requested to be ready with a Demand Draft for
registration fee of Rs 6000/- (Rs. Six Thousand Only) drawn in
favour of St. Joseph’s College, Nainital (Payable at Nainital)
BEFORE proceeding with filling the form.
3. The form cannot be submitted without valid registration fee
payment details.
